The interactive product runs on the app subdomain ( app.hdrcompass.co.uk ), where account, licence and product data are handled under the product privacy notice and terms of use.

This website is a static marketing site. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking scripts, and we do not collect personal data through forms on this site.

• Email contact: if you email us (for example via the Enterprise pricing link), we hold your message and email address only to respond to your enquiry, and delete or archive it in line with ordinary business record-keeping.
• Server logs: hosting providers may log technical details (such as IP address) for security and reliability. This is limited to what the hosting provider requires.

We do not set marketing or analytics cookies on this site. Any storage used is essential-only (for example, preferences required for the page to function). See the Cookie notice.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use data from this website for advertising. We do not process case files or client data on this site — the product is built so case content stays in firm-controlled storage (see the zero-retention page).
